Terms & Conditions for Free Delivery
E GROUP INC.. is not responsible for product that has been dispatched successfully, but for whatever reason does not arrive at its intended destination. In such cases E GROUP INC.. reserves the right to use discretion whether to re-dispatch a replacement order at no extra postal cost to the customer.

All orders from our website can take at least 2-9 working days for delivery, E GROUP INC.. aims to dispatch orders from its warehouse within 24 hours. E GROUP INC.. does not dispatch on Saturday or Sundays. Orders made on a Friday will be usually dispatched by the following Monday. If ordering through a special promotion, through the press or online please allow 10 working days for delivery.

Your Right to Cancel an Order
You have the right to cancel an order before the item(s) are shipped out. Please notify E GROUP INC.. of your cancellation by email, letter or fax. To receive a full refund you must return the goods at your own cost, undamaged and unused, original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund when E Group Inc. is not responsed for the return.

Standard returns and refund policy

E GROUP INC.. provides a seven working day cooling-off period, during which consumers may return their unopened or faulty E GROUP INC.. without penalty and without giving any reason. The only charge which may be incurred by you is for original shipping cost and also the direct cost of returning the goods.
